TechNvidia senior manager tied to former Supermicro staff’s AI server smuggling scheme

Taiwan has indicted nine people, reportedly including an Nvidia senior manager and two Supermicro employees based there, over an alleged scheme to forge documents covering illegal exports of high-end AI servers to China in breach of US export controls. Keelung prosecutors confirmed charges of breach of trust and document forgery but released no names.
