Taiwanese prosecutors charged nine people, including one Nvidia employee and two Super Micro employees, over the alleged illegal export of high-end AI servers to mainland China. Prosecutors said the servers used banned B300 GPUs; 74 reached China, while an attempted transfer of 56 more failed.
