Ukraine has imposed 10-year sanctions on five individuals and four legal entities linked to the Russian comedy cartoon “Masha and the Bear.” The order names producer Animaccord, producer Dmitry Loveyko and animator Oleg Kuzovkov, while Zelensky’s website says the cartoon threatens Ukraine’s national security and blocks access to it in the country.
