Former Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov called for a legal, safe and realistic way to hold elections in Ukraine during the prolonged war. Serving soldiers and a veteran said elections are overdue but currently impossible because of security threats, occupied districts, disrupted campaigning and the need to protect military personnel’s voting and candidacy rights.
