WorldSt. Petersburg court fines Russian for posting drone attack aftermath online

A St. Petersburg court fined a local resident 4,000 rubles for posting online footage showing the aftermath of a July 24 Ukrainian drone attack on the city. It was the first such fine in St. Petersburg under Russia’s ban on publishing images of attacks without official permission.
