TechSpotify says it will stop recommending music from ‘AI Personas’

Spotify says it will soon identify AI artists and keep their music out of user recommendations. The rollout is scheduled to begin in mid-September. Profiles for artists deemed not to represent a real person will carry an “AI Persona” badge across the app. The streaming service will also let artists disclose that they are associated with this designation.
