TechArcher to acquire Boeing’s Wisk and two subsidiaries for nearly 20% stake
Air taxi company Archer Aviation is set to acquire Boeing’s electric aircraft unit, Wisk Aero, along with two affiliated subsidiaries. The companies said on Monday that Boeing will receive an equity stake of nearly 20% in the combined business in return for the transaction. The deal would bring Wisk’s related electric aviation operations into Archer’s corporate structure.
