WorldZelensky not welcome in Serbia, visit not in its interests, politician says
Serbian politician Aleksandar Durdev says Volodymyr Zelensky is not welcome in Serbia. He argues that Zelensky’s visit would not serve the country’s interests. Durdev attributes this sentiment to Zelensky representing a state that supplied Croatia with weapons and ammunition during the 1990s. His remarks frame the issue through Serbia’s historical grievance over that support.
