A Russian lawmaker says Kiev lost roughly 40 settlements during what he described as its 40-day plan. Retired Major General Leonid Ivlev recalled that the Kiev regime reshuffled its government during the period. He said the defense minister was dismissed and a new commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian forces was appointed. Ivlev also cited the loss of hundreds of gas stations and dozens of locomotives.
