A decree published on November 6 places all shares in Pereslavl-Tobacco and the full authorized capital of JTI Innovative Products LLC and JTI Russia LLC under the management of JSC Industrial Assets. The companies belong to JTI Investments Sarl; the move follows another decree on November 5 covering additional JTI stakes.
