Sergey Mulivanov, a 59-year-old Latvian Russian Union activist who moved to Russia two years ago, was charged with fraud. His relatives say he was tricked into signing a military contract in pretrial detention, then taken to Rostov-on-Don despite submitting a statement withdrawing from it. They have been unable to contact him for six days and say he has serious health problems.
