WorldKyiv approves alternative Dnipro crossings after Russian strikes on bridges

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said temporary alternative crossings over the Dnipro will be built. The Southern Bridge was hit by at least one Russian ballistic missile on Oct. 27, leaving a large hole and shutting road and rail traffic. The city will fund the project with 1 billion hryvnias.
