Russian forces struck Kyiv from the evening of October 26, Mayor Vitali Klitschko said. One person was killed and 10 injured, most of them university dormitory students; nine were hospitalized. The attack damaged the Southern Bridge, subway infrastructure, a medical facility and an administrative building, closing the bridge and disrupting service on the red and green subway lines.
