Nearly 70,000 migrants have left Ceuta and returned to Morocco, according to a news agency report. The reported figure may also include people who reached the city before the influx of undocumented migrants on July 30. The count therefore appears to cover arrivals from different stages of the movement. No further details about the returns were provided.
