Electricity was fully restored at 8:38 p.m. Saturday in the earthquake-hit area of Baqen County, Nagqu City, after a magnitude 7.0 quake. State Grid Xizang Electric Power deployed crews and emergency equipment to repair lines and maintain power at key sites, including temporary shelters.
