At an expanded meeting of the SCO Council of Heads of Government, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said Russia was ready to share its innovation experience through the organization’s newly established pool of technology parks. He said creative industries account for about 4% of Russia’s GDP and urged stronger cooperation to develop the sector.
