Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin called joint production and mutual investment within the Shanghai Cooperation Organization a priority and urged member states to examine the opportunities. He said Russia offers incentives in special economic zones and investment protection agreements, with more than 70 major projects already underway under these frameworks.
