President Donald Trump, Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen and Greenlandic Prime Minister Jens-Frederik Nielsen are taking part in a signing ceremony at the United Nations. The agreement will strengthen the U.S. military presence in Greenland while leaving the Arctic territory under Danish sovereignty.
