WorldTyphoon Dolphin hits eastern China with heavy rain and strong winds

Typhoon Dolphin has made two landfalls along China’s eastern coast. The storm came ashore at Yuhuan in Taizhou and Yueqing in Wenzhou, both in Zhejiang province. Officials activated a Level-IV national disaster relief emergency alert after the powerful storm severely affected the region. Heavy rainfall and strong winds are affecting eastern Zhejiang.
