WorldLIVE: Migrants camp at a beach in Spain's Ceuta

Migrants and security forces were seen at a beach in Ceuta. Around 72,000 migrants entered Spain’s North African enclave last week, setting off alarm across the European Union. EU interior ministers are calling for tougher measures against migrant-smuggling networks. They also want stronger policies for returning migrants. The developments have intensified pressure for a coordinated European response.
