TechEU flags food security risks from cyberattacks

An unprecedented cyberattack wave has disrupted refrigeration and freezer systems at hundreds of European supermarkets. Hackers exploited flaws in connected controllers remotely, triggering continuous defrosting, food waste, empty shelves and millions of euros in losses.
