WorldLIVE: Typhoon Champi nears Japan

Heavy rain and strong winds are affecting Japan’s Ishigaki island as Typhoon Champi approaches. The storm is expected to pass northeast of Taiwan, turn north toward China’s coast and later move into southern Japan.
