WorldLIVE: Typhoon Champi nears Japan

Heavy rain and strong winds are affecting Japan’s Ishigaki island as Typhoon Champi approaches. The storm is forecast to pass northeastern Taiwan, head north toward China’s coast and eventually move into southern Japan.
