Russia needs a clear, transparent system for foreign specialists to live and work in the country, with support tailored to their needs, Agency for Attracting Foreign Talent to Russia CEO Irina Korotkova said. Since the “Time to Live in Russia” program began, people from 97 countries have submitted 842 applications; seven candidates have been approved. The program also assists with relocation, jobs and settling in.
