Russia’s oil and petroleum product exports fell by 10,000 barrels per day in September to 6.52 million bpd, according to the IEA. Monthly revenues rose by $3.6 billion to $17.67 billion as oil prices surged. Crude shipments rose by 60,000 bpd, while petroleum product exports declined by 80,000 bpd.
