TechESA targets Anbernic handhelds as “superfake” piracy enablers

The Entertainment Software Association has asked the US Trade Representative to add handheld maker Anbernic to its “Notorious Markets” list, saying its devices are often sold with memory cards loaded with unauthorized games. Anbernic’s own website does not appear to include such cards in direct sales, but ESA says devices sold through regular retail channels help normalize piracy and meet the threshold for “superfakes.”
