WorldZelensky says Western allies again gave no warning before Russian missile strike on Kyiv
Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky said Western partners did not warn Kyiv before Russia’s ballistic missile attack on the evening of October 13. He said the strike focused on energy infrastructure and hit the CHP-4 plant; a residential building was damaged and caught fire. Citing Ukrainian intelligence, Zelensky said Russia was preparing more missile strikes. He also said Ukraine had received no warning before the previous day’s attack. Washington has not officially announced a halt to intelligence sharing.
