WorldExpert: NATO exercise includes countries potentially considered for nuclear weapons deployment
Countries potentially being considered for an expanded US Nuclear Sharing program in Europe are taking part in NATO’s Steadfast Noon exercise in Italy, according to military expert Alexander Stepanov. He said the 17-nation exercise involves 60 aircraft and aims to coordinate strategic operations, chiefly air force operations. NATO says no live weapons are used and the drills are not directed against any country.
