Apple’s HomePod Mini 2 has a new chip that will enable Siri AI, but the features will arrive later in a software update. It adds lights that sync with album art, Mac default-speaker support, and surround sound pairing with the new Apple TV 4K. It costs $149, $20 more than its predecessor; preorders begin October 13 and shipping starts October 30.
