Former DR Congo President Joseph Kabila has been named head of the Front for the Refoundation of the Nation, a new rebel coalition. The group says it will coordinate “resistance forces” to end what it calls “tyranny,” using all means, including force. M23 leader Sultani Makenga is among Kabila’s four deputies.
