WorldDrone attack sinks ship off Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast, PM says

Two ships were hit by drone attacks off Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast, and one sank, Prime Minister Rumen Radev said. The Ukrainian-owned Chelsea 3, sailing under a Maltese flag, was hit by three drones and damaged. Its 15 crew members were rescued; five received medical assistance, and none was seriously injured. Radev said there was no clear evidence identifying who carried out the attack and that Russia’s ambassador would be summoned.
