Yandex Pay has restored transfers and payments for some users, fintech division head Dmitry Pirogov said, while warning that the service remains unstable and some features are unavailable. Ukraine recently struck three Yandex data centers in the Ryazan region, Kaluga, and Vladimir, disrupting services operated by Yandex and its clients. The company says engineers are rebuilding its infrastructure as access is restored gradually.
