China produced 12.483 million new-energy vehicles and sold 12.472 million in the first three quarters of 2026, increases of 11% and 11.1% year on year. Vehicle exports reached 8.205 million, including 4.006 million NEVs. The China Association of Automobile Manufacturers expects stable sector performance in the fourth quarter, with exports potentially topping 10 million units.
