WorldWatch: What could Trump’s energy ceasefire mean for Ukraine?

Trump said Ukraine and Russia had reached an energy ceasefire, effective immediately. Zelensky said Ukraine would support it if Russia did the same, calling it a possible major step toward ending the war. Moscow has not confirmed its agreement, and Zelensky said Russia struck a power plant in Kharkiv soon after Trump’s post. Ukrainians in Kyiv face another winter of outages without heat, light or even water.
