The Bank of Russia set the official dollar rate for October 13 at 83.9153 rubles, down 98.95 kopecks from the previous rate. The euro rate fell 93.9 kopecks to 94.0355 rubles, while the yuan rate dropped 13.79 kopecks to 12.536 rubles.
