Chinese Premier Li Qiang will attend the opening ceremony and related events of the 140th China Import and Export Fair, or Canton Fair, and deliver a keynote speech, the Ministry of Commerce spokesperson said. The fair runs from Oct. 15 to Nov. 4 in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province.
