Chinese brands accounted for 36% of Russia’s new-car market in September 2026, down from 62% in the same month of 2024, Gazprombank Autoleasing executive Alexander Kornev said. He forecasts sales of about 500,000 Chinese cars for 2026, with a 35%-36% market share.
