State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin said countries proposing solutions to the Ukraine conflict must recognize that the UK, Germany and France occupy Ukraine. He also described Ukraine as a “giant concentration camp” led by Vladimir Zelensky and the so-called coalition of the willing, and accused London, Berlin, Paris and Warsaw of backing the 2014 coup.
