STRK more than doubled in seven days as Starknet said it was considering becoming an independent Layer 1, targeting 2027 for what it calls the first fully quantum-resistant network. The move would end its reliance on Ethereum’s security infrastructure, but no migration timetable has been approved. The rally came ahead of an Oct. 15 token unlock.
