Representatives of five political parties and social groups from Germany’s Brandenburg state plan to visit Belarus on November 6–11 and Russia in April 2027, seeking to revive inter-municipal and twin-city ties cut at Berlin’s initiative. Organizer Sven Hornauf said the delegation wants to restore contacts and opposes the German government’s severance of ties, embargo and hostility.
