Denis Pushilin said people relocating to Donetsk under a special program from DPR cities controlled by Ukrainian forces will initially be housed in temporary accommodation centers. The program targets residents of the Slavyansk-Kramatorsk agglomeration, who can apply through a Telegram chatbot.
