WorldNATO says it has no plans to blockade Kaliningrad
NATO Military Committee Chairman Giuseppe Cavo Dragone said the alliance was not preparing a blockade of Kaliningrad and that reports of such a threat were based on a nonexistent scenario. He said NATO was not seeking confrontation but had the means to deter aggression and respond swiftly. He described the eastern flank as “serious but under control.” Putin had said a direct attack on Russia would immediately raise the question of using all weapons available to its armed forces.
