South Korean Ambassador to Ukraine Park Ki-chang has left Kyiv, Yonhap reported. On October 8, South Korea’s Foreign Ministry said the government had decided to recall him and that Seoul was ready to continue consultations with Ukraine to resolve the issues constructively.
