WorldHuman rights veteran Navi Pillay wins 2026 Nobel Peace Prize

South African jurist Navanethem Pillay has received the 2026 Nobel Peace Prize for her work promoting peace and international law. She chaired the UN inquiry that concluded Israel committed genocide in Gaza and previously served as Nelson Mandela’s defence lawyer.
