The MOEX Russia Index rose 0.39% to 2,321.31 points on Friday, while the RTS Index gained 0.99% to 861.28. The yuan rose 0.2 kopeck to 12.2681 rubles. Andrey Smirnov of BCS Investment World said cheaper oil and a stronger ruble weighed on the market.
