Russia sold more than 396,000 new vehicles in the third quarter of 2026, up 32.3% from the first quarter, the Industry and Trade Ministry said. Sales in January-September rose 6.2% year on year, while domestically produced car sales climbed 23.4%. The ministry credited demand-stimulation programs in part for the market’s gradual recovery.
