Belarus’s Foreign Ministry urged Kyiv to avoid actions that could escalate tensions and said Minsk reserved the right to respond after a Belarusian-registered truck was attacked by Ukrainian drones in Russia’s Bryansk Region. The ministry said Ukraine’s authorities bore full responsibility for the consequences. Two people were wounded, including a Belarusian woman who suffered severe injuries and required surgery, including limb amputation.
