Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian proposed establishing a “CIS+Iran” format to expand cooperation between the Commonwealth of Independent States and Tehran. He said regional diplomacy should help manage crises, maintain ties, prevent conflicts from spreading and promote practical cooperation.
