The West Kowloon Cultural District’s performing arts center says the original dance drama “Wong Fei Hung” will open in Hong Kong in July 2027, with a world tour planned afterward. Artists and producers from Shanghai, Hong Kong, Guangdong and overseas are reimagining the legendary martial artist and physician through contemporary stage art, combining traditional martial arts and contemporary dance.
