China’s coast guard warned the Philippines to stop what it described as infringements, provocations and false claims after a Philippine coast guard vessel transported an injured person from a grounded vessel near Ren’ai Jiao. China said it allowed the transfer by small boat on humanitarian grounds and provided assistance.
